Peaceful stay. Came into town to spend Christmas with my sister just needed somewhere to stay overnight. No issues, front desk was friendly. Would stay again. Breakfast was good.
This was a great place to stay! Overall the service was awesome. We used points one night and paid for the 2nd. Check-in was smooth and easy and the gentleman was very kind and professional. Also, he did not say the room number out loud which is something I really appreciate. Everyone else was very kind and helpful too. The room had an odd smell, but was clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable. It’s right across the street from the YMCA so we could go exercise there.
The hotel, staff and price were great! I can't express how nice it was compared to where I stayed the first night. DON'T stay at the Quality Inn in Muncie, it was sooooooooo disgusting. This hotel smelled good, clean sheets without holes, the towels were great and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would stay there everytime I go to Muncie in the future.
This room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and did I mention how clean the room was?!! We had problems getting the room to cool down but not enough to complain about it. The lady tending to the breakfast bar was hit by a large group of people and couldn't keep up or even get caught up. That might have been a bit of a problem, but overall, our stay was wonderful.
Emma checked us in and she was lovely! We found the room to be clean and simple. Was it the most modern room I’ve ever stayed in? No. But it was comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and while it could use some spot cleaning, the water was pleasant. For 3 adults it was manageable. Mancino’s across the street was great if you want some pizza or sandwiches for lunch or dinner.
The rooms where amazing and beautiful the staff is so amazing and kind I definitely recommend to everyone I know please come here and know that the breakfast is amazing and the person working breakfast is so kind and works hard and the front desk people where so kind
I go to Indiana every summer. Fairfield is a designated stayover in Muncie as well as other cities and states. We are always greeted warmly, accomodations are clean and neat, and the breakfast helps get us off to a good start for the day.
Seems this hotel is charging a $3 parking fee. Very odd, I stay a lot of Marriott properties and never see parking fees unless in a large city. Raise your rate by $3... Additionally, and I’m seeing this across all Marriott properties, credit card holds or refunds are taking a long time (2 week to over a month) to get refunded. Kelly (manager) at this location was unwilling to help with refund issue.
